当社は、個人データの漏えい、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のため、組織的・人的・物理的・技術的な安全管理措置を講じます。通信は、必要に応じて暗号化します。
9. Cookie等及びアクセス解析ツール
当社の公開ウェブサイトでは、サイトの改善と告知効果の把握のため、Google LLCのGoogle アナリティクス4を利用しています。Cookieによるブラウザ識別子、閲覧ページ、流入元、端末・ブラウザ情報、おおよその地域、クリック等の情報がGoogleに送信され、DIGITALISの紹介サイト・告知LPを含む当社の公開サイト間の移動を分析します。氏名・メールアドレス・非公開ページのコードは送信対象に含めず、広告パーソナライズとGoogleシグナルは使用しません。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシー、無効化方法はGoogle アナリティクス オプトアウトをご確認ください。
当社は、利便性の向上、ログイン状態の維持、利用状況の分析等のため、Cookie等及びアクセス解析ツール（Google アナリティクス等）を利用することがあります。利用者はブラウザ設定によりCookieを無効化できますが、その場合、本サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなることがあります。
10. 保有個人データに関する開示等の請求
利用者は、当社に対し、自己の保有個人データについて、利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、及び第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。当社は、所定の手続及び本人確認のうえ、法令に従い対応します。

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、又は法令で定められた期間、個人情報を保有し、当該期間の経過後は、これを適切に消去又は匿名化します。

HYPERBALLAD Co., Ltd. ("we") regards protecting users' personal information in our services (the "Service") as an important responsibility, complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable laws, and establishes this Privacy Policy.

Our public websites use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand website usage and campaign performance across our corporate, DIGITALIS and campaign sites. Browser identifiers stored in cookies, public page views, referral sources, device and browser information, approximate region and interactions are sent to Google. We do not send names, email addresses or private card codes, and disable advertising personalization and Google signals. See Google's Privacy Policy and the Google Analytics opt-out.
We may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve usability, maintain login state, and analyze usage. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though some Service features may then become unavailable.
10. Requests Regarding Retained Data
You may request notification of purpose, disclosure, correction/addition/deletion, suspension of use or erasure, and suspension of third-party provision of your retained personal data. We respond per prescribed procedures and identity verification, in accordance with law.
11. Retention Period
We retain personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes or as required by law, and appropriately delete or anonymize it thereafter.
12. Minors
Minors who use the Service and provide personal information should do so with the consent of a legal guardian.
